"ROSSO D'INVERNO": il nostro Concorso Nazionale Letterario.
Si ispira al prodotto tipico locale, il radicchio rosso I.G.P., il Concorso letterario nazionale “Rosso d’Inverno” dell’Amministrazione di Casier, giunto alla sua ottava edizione.
Un evento che riscontra un crescente interesse nel panorama nazionale dei concorsi letterari, che nel 2021 ha contato una cinquantina di scrittori provenienti da tutta Italia.
La giuria di qualità dell’ultima edizione si compone dal presidente Maria Elisa Aloisi, avvocato catanese, vincitrice del Premio Tedeschi – Giallo Mondadori 2021, i veneti Mara Zia, presidente del Premio Lorenzo Da Ponte, Alessandro Sbrogiò, operatore culturale in una grande cooperativa di lavoratori dello spettacolo e Maura Luperto, psicologa psicoterapeuta e CTU del tribunale. Chiude la cinquina Carmela Tomei, vincitrice di IoScrittore 2020.
Tra i vincitori, il terzo posto è stato assegnato a “Il Soffietto” del romano Roberto Leoni; il secondo posto a “Due Cuori e un capannone” del milanese Michele Luigi D’Amore, mentre vince l’ottava edizione di Rosso d’Inverno “Il professore e la bomba” di Massimiliano Falavigna di Isola della Scala (VR). Per la sezione Under 18, vince “Grazie a Grazia” di Alice Graziani di Fagnano Olona – Varese.
La premiazione dei vincitori avviene, come di tradizione, durante una delle giornate dedicate alla Festa del Radicchio Rosso di Treviso a Dosson, un’occasione anche per degustare questa specialità nello stand enogastronomico e per visitare l’esposizione della mostra mercato, a cura dell’Associazione Produttori Radicchio Rosso di Dosson.

“ROSSO D’INVERNO”: OUR NATIONAL WRITING CONTEST
From world-renowned local product to the inspiration behind a national writing competition attracting aspiring storytellers from all over the country, our prestigious red radicchio IGP can do it all. It comes as no surprise that the City Council of Casier would choose to homage its most cherished symbol when creating the national literary contest "Rosso d'Inverno" (Winter’s red flower), now in its eighth edition.
As of lately, the event has grown in popularity and garnered more and more interest within the wide panorama of national literary competitions, as proven by the over fifty short stories submitted from all over Italy in 2021 alone.
The jury of the latest edition was presided by acclaimed mystery writer Maria Elisa Aloisi, a lawyer from Catania and the winner of Premio Tedeschi - Giallo Mondadori 2021. Aloisi was aided in her task by panel members Mara Zia, the Venetian president of the Lorenzo Da Ponte Prize, Alessandro Sbrogiò, a cultural operator from Venice lending his expertise in a large cooperative of show business workers, Maura Luperto, a psychotherapist and psychologist doubling as an expert witness in court, and Carmela Tomei, winner of the IoScrittore 2020 tournament.
Congratulations to Roberto Leoni, who was awarded third place with his short story “Il Soffietto” and Michele Luigi D’Amore, who was awarded second place with his short story "Due cuori e un capannone". Congratulations to Massimiliano Falavigna from the province of Verona, who took the win of the eighth edition with "Il professore e la bomba". Alice Graziani from Fagnano Olona, in the province of Varese, triumphed in the Under 18 category with her short story “Grazie a Grazia”. Congrats, Alice!
As per usual, the Awards Ceremony took place during the Festa del Radicchio Rosso di Treviso in Dosson, marking an unforgettable opportunity to cheer on the winners while sipping on a cup of wine, having a delicious serving of red radicchio IGP at the food court and proceeding to take a stroll down the market set up by Associazione Produttori Radicchio Rosso di Dosson.
